Senior Class Gift Testimonials

Lenora Oeters"I think it is important to give to the Senior Class Fund in order to make a lasting impression on our university. Giving back to UC helps keep the progression and transformation of the campus and students alive. My gift to the senior class fund is my way of giving back to UC and enables me to start my legacy here. It is especially important to give to the Jefferson Avenue Sports complex because of the national recognition that the Bearcat football team has brought us. With such success in the past years, the football team has given students, faculty/staff, and alumni a renewed sense of pride and spirit. Athletics are important to the university because they give students, faculty/staff, and alumni a common love and sense of commitment. This is a great way for us as a class to give back and support the future of the athletic program."

Giving to the Jefferson Avenue Sports complex is a great way to show support for our fantastic athletics program. Our generosity today will help students tomorrow. It is important that we help future students just as past students helped us."

Hotte_Alex.jpg"I feel it is extremely important to begin the successful habit of giving back to our Alma Mater through a gift to the senior class campaign because the University of Cincinnati gives so much to each and every student. I am proud to be a Bearcat and I want to make the future better for new Bearcats. I know the best way to do this is by giving back myself. As a senior at the University of Cincinnati, I have seen many exciting transformations and changes. The success of the Bearcat football team is certainly one of those transformations and I believe it represents the capabilities that our great university has and the great things to come in the future for UC. I cannot think of a better way to represent the growth and transformation we as seniors have undergone and experienced here at UC than the Jefferson Avenue Sports Complex - a symbol itself of UC possibilities.

To fellow seniors, I say that whether you made the most of your experience at UC or look back with regrets, as we leave UC as graduates, we must be proud of our Alma Mater and for what it has done for us. It will take many years for each of us to truly recognize the benefits we have taken away from our UC experience. We may not fully recognize it today, but we must begin a successful habit today. The habit of recognizing what in life has made us who we are and the habit of returning to give back to what has fueled our lives to be what they are."
